I believe in great wedding photography for a fair price

Firstly, many congratulations on your engagement and forthcoming wedding! I like to be as flexible as possible, as every bride and grooms needs and wants are different. Below are the prices and package details for ceremony to reception coverage, full day coverage and an hourly rate too.

I like to be as flexible as possible, as every bride and grooms needs and wants are different. All packages include pre-wedding consultations, including the initial meeting and then one or two at the wedding venue and also my time should you want me at the wedding rehearsal.

Gold Package - Full Day Coverage: £1100

This package covers the wedding from the very beginning of bridal preparations until a few dances after the first dance.

Prior to your wedding day, we would have met up (for second time) around 2 weeks before hand to finalise timings, and then depending on what time the preparations are due to start is when I would arrive. This makes sure that not one moment of the very special preparations of getting your hair and make-up done and getting dressed is missed. If the Groom is getting ready at the same venue also and you both wanted photographs of him getting ready, then I can move and photograph between the both of you. If you are both getting ready in separate locations and require a second photographer for this stage, then please let me know and we can discuss this option.

Once the Bride is ready, I would take some lovely photographs of you with your bridesmaids, your parents and we would then travel to the Ceremony venue. If you are getting ready at the same place where the ceremony is taking place, then I would have used any spare time in bridal preparations to photograph the venue, the Groom and his Groomsmen arriving, the buttonholes being put on and the rings.

I would then arrive at the ceremony venue just before the Bride to photograph her arrival and a nervous Groom at the front of the aisle! Vicar/Registrar allowing, I would then photograph through the ceremony and the signing of the register. We would then all make our way outside for some immediate family group shots and then onto the relaxed images of everyone congratulating you both and of course, some confetti! I would then travel to the reception where further images would be taken of both the Bride and Groom, the main group photographs, the guests mingling and the reception venue and room itself. Once the group photography is over, I mingle like I am a guest, catching those 'off the cuff' moments that tell the real story of your wedding day. This is where I will be able to capture those beautiful, informal photographs of you and your guests enjoying your wedding day. Once you are all seated in for the wedding breakfast, I take photographs of every table and then disappear for a while, whilst you all eat. No one wants photograph of themselves eating!

After the wedding breakfast is cleared, we move onto the speeches, which is one of the most lovely and special parts of the day to capture. Many a time I have welled up with all the guests! Then, depending on the plan of your wedding day, I would then photograph you both cutting the cake, or simply photograph you and your guests enjoying yourselves until the evening do started.

I photograph through the evening of your other guests arriving, people drinking, chatting and of course the first dance. I would then leave shortly after the first dance but not until I felt I had got good coverage of at least a few of your guests dancing!

The images would then be supplied in a lovely A4 hardback wedding album book, as High Resolution JPEGS on a USB drive so that you can get photographs printed at your leisure, without having to come back to me to incur more costs and in an online gallery for friends and family to view.

Silver Package - Getting ready to Wedding Breakfast / Ceremony to First Dance Coverage: £900

This package covers either the wedding from the beginning of the getting ready stage until you and your guests sit down to the wedding breakfast, or from the beginning of the ceremony until after your first dance. This is a great option for people who don't want or need a camera following them all day!

If you wanted the bridal preparation photographs then we would decide on a time that you would like me to arrive and I can then capture all the lovely moments of such a fun, special time. We would make sure there is some time before the ceremony starts to get pictures of you with your parents, or whoever is giving you away, and your bridesmaids, if you are having any that is! Vicar/Registrar allowing, I would then photograph through the ceremony and the signing of the register. We would then all make our way outside for some immediate family group shots and then onto the relaxed images of everyone congratulating you both and of course, some confetti! I would then travel to the reception (if it is indeed elsewhere) where further images would be taken of both the Bride and Groom, the main group photographs, the guests mingling and the reception venue and room itself. Once the group photography is over, I mingle like I am a guest, catching those 'off the cuff' moments that tell the real story of your wedding day. This is where I will be able to capture those beautiful, informal photographs of you and your guests enjoying your wedding day. I would take photographs of every table and I would then leave as everyone were sitting down to eat.

Or, if you wanted just the ceremony and reception covered then I would arrive around an hour before the ceremony to capture your guests and you both arriving. Again I would photograph throughout the ceremony and the drinks reception, incorporating a mixture of relaxed, informal photographs with nay group ones you want. I would take photographs of everyone sat at their tables and be there to photograph any speeches you are having too. I tend not to photograph whilst people are eating (no one likes that!), but this is a nice time for me to photograph the flowers, the outside of the venue and any other details that are key to your day. I would then shoot in a relaxed manner throughout your evening part of the reception. After the first dance I would stay for a few more songs, to get people dancing and enjoying themselves and come and speak to you both to see if there are other pictures you would like before I left.

The images would then be supplied in a lovely A4 hardback wedding album book, as High Resolution JPEGS on a USB drive so that you can get photographs printed at your leisure, without having to come back to me to incur more costs and in an online gallery for friends and family to view.

Bronze Package - Hourly Rate: £100

For couples who would just like the Ceremony and/or a little of the Reception photographed this is a great way of just having what you want covered and also saving money on what can be an expensive wedding day! The details can all be discussed if we meet. This rate includes my time, any editing time and the images High Resolution on a USB drive and an online gallery for friends and family to view, but it does not include any form of album or presentation book. Presentation books can be bought for an extra £80 though, should you wish to have one to show off your wedding day. (Maximum of 3 hours for this package)

Larger, more formal wedding albums are available from me as well. I will bring these along to our first meeting and we can discuss prices and options then if you are interested.

With regards to a deposit, I require half the money on the booking being confirmed and then the remainder any time up to two weeks before the wedding.
